I have been obese my whole life and tried a lot of diet exercise, diet plans, diet pills just to fit into size 4. It serves as a guide not just for dieting but as well as for self improvement and realization. I have been battling with my weight problems ever since I can remember, and with this great book in hand I have already followed a great diet plan that made me loose pounds in just two weeks. It even helped me have a healthier food intake that makes my skin glow and energizes me all day. With a new and improve diet schedule and plan on hand I can see wonderful results and a healthier lifestyle that I never imagined before.
